Andres founded Crypto License Pro in 2021 after a decade in financial-services regulation, including supervisory roles at the Bank of Lithuania and a stint advising payment institutions during the EMD2 transposition. He leads the firm's MiCA practice and personally signs off on every CASP file.

Marta Vasilevska

Marta runs the firm's compliance practice. She leads AML/CFT framework design, MLRO sourcing, and regulator-facing documentation for every CASP file we take on. Before joining Crypto License Pro she spent six years in Big Four risk advisory, mostly on payment-institution authorisations across the Baltics.

Tomáš Horák
